SCHÖPP-Competition NV – the robust slide carpet
The Competition NV (needle felt velour) is a robust needle felt sliding carpet. We are talking about a high-quality-product with a fibre weight of 1600 g/sq. m. which, thanks to its regular velour surface, offers good product functionality.
In the needle felt sector, the velour surface is generally preferred because of the regular granulate distribution and the relatively high material elasticity.
For best sliding and playing properties, some 700 g/sq. m. of our Perfect Glide extruder granulate are spread, offering additional advantages with regard to cleanness compared to other needle felt products.
