The correct tuning between movement comfort and ball bouncing properties
When choosing a certain floor material, you select among products with different
levels of comfort.
As an orientation aid, you may refer to the indications of pile weight per sq.
m. Our three tufting products are all manufactured with 1000 g/sq. m., which
make them unbeatable as to quality!
And yet, there is a strong tendency towards floor-systems offering even more elasticity. We are particularly successful with our ELASTIC NON-WOVEN BACKING, offering comfort, a good ball bounce and economic efficiency at the same time! It is up to you to find the correct tuning between comfort – above all for the elderly players – and the desired ball bouncing properties.
You have to be aware of the fact that any additional material elasticity will diminish the ball bounce, meaning that the ball will be slower and flatter.
